This policy describes how TextRaze handles information when you use textraze.com. It covers our image-editing service, account access, and support. For privacy questions, contact support@textraze.com.
We use this information to authenticate you, process the edit you request, deliver and temporarily store images, maintain service security, respond to support and deletion requests, and administer purchases, subscriptions, credits, and refunds. We do not sell your personal information or use your uploads for advertising.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing needed to provide a requested service is based on performing that service; security and service administration rely on legitimate interests; records required by law are processed to meet legal obligations. Where consent is required for an optional use, we will request it separately.
TextRaze sends the image content and instructions needed for your edit to fal.ai, which provides access to the configured OpenAI Flare image-editing model. Processing an image with AI is necessary to deliver the edit you request.
TextRaze does not use your uploads, editing instructions, or results to train its own AI models. Third-party providers process information under their own terms and policies. We do not represent that our image-retention policy controls their retention or that every upstream provider makes the same training commitments. Do not upload confidential or sensitive material that you cannot share with these services.
Uploaded originals and generated results are stored using public image URLs. Anyone with a URL may access the corresponding file while it remains stored. A difficult-to-guess link is not private storage. Take care when sharing links, and do not upload documents or personal information that require confidential storage.
Each original and each generated result becomes eligible for deletion 24 hours after that individual file is created in TextRaze image storage. Originals and results have separate deadlines. We run cleanup daily, and eligible files are normally deleted during the next daily run. Files can therefore remain stored for roughly 24 to 48 hours; scheduling delays or operational failures may extend this period, and unsuccessful deletions are retried. Editing and in-app recovery expire at the 24-hour deadline. Public image URLs may continue to work until the corresponding file is actually deleted. Deleting our stored file cannot remove copies already downloaded by you or another person.
The same image-retention rule applies whether you upload before or after signing in. Signing in does not restart an image's storage period.
Please download the images you want to keep. TextRaze does not offer a recent-generations gallery or promise that an image can be recovered after signing in again, changing devices, or deletion.
This image-retention policy applies to stored image files, not every database record. Account and session records, typed editing instructions, task references and status, security records, support correspondence, and any billing records may remain after image deletion. Account information is retained while needed to provide your account; operational records are retained for service administration and security, and billing records where legally required. These records do not currently have an automatic 24-hour deletion rule. You can request deletion as described below. Third-party providers may retain their own processing records under their own policies.
Information needed to deliver the service may be processed by:
These providers may process information outside your country. Applicable provider terms and safeguards govern their international transfers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and address unlawful use.
For access, correction, account closure, or data deletion requests, email support@textraze.com. Send requests from the email address used for your TextRaze account where possible, describe the request, and include a task reference or image URL only if relevant. We may ask for information needed to verify your authority before acting. Do not send a passport, identity document, or password as part of the initial request.
We review requests and remove information we control when required or appropriate, except records that must be retained for legal obligations, resolving disputes, or service security. Where a relevant provider controls information independently, its own request process may also apply. Depending on your location, you may have rights to object to processing, restrict processing, receive a copy of your information, or complain to your local data-protection authority. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
We use necessary sign-in cookies and browser storage for notice preferences, temporary edit recovery, and continuing or checking a purchase in the same tab. The saved purchase reference is not payment-card data. See the Cookie Policy for details and controls. We use access controls and server-side handling of service credentials, but no system can guarantee absolute security. The public image URLs described above are intentionally accessible to anyone who has them.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. For questions about this policy or how information is handled, email support@textraze.com.
