These terms govern your use of TextRaze at textraze.com. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TextRaze helps you replace text in an image using AI. You upload an image, select one rectangular area, enter the original and replacement text, and review the generated image before downloading it. TextRaze is not a document verification service or a tool for producing official records.
AI output may contain inaccurate text, altered details, or differences in font, layout, or background. You are responsible for reviewing each result and deciding whether it is suitable for your intended use. We do not guarantee that every edit will be accurate or that the service will always be available.
Sign-in uses Google. Keep your Google account secure, provide accurate account information, and do not share access in a way that enables misuse. You must be legally able to accept these terms, or use the service with permission from a parent or guardian where required by law.
Do not bypass security checks, exploit errors, submit automated abuse, interfere with the service, or use multiple accounts to evade restrictions. We may apply technical limits to protect the service. Any free allowance may vary by region or eligibility rules shown when that allowance is offered; creating an account does not itself guarantee free credits.
You retain any rights you hold in the images and text you submit. You must own the content or have the permission needed to upload, edit, and use it. You give TextRaze and its service providers permission to process and temporarily store that content as necessary to perform the requested edit and deliver the result. These terms do not promise that AI output is unique or eligible for copyright protection.
Do not upload confidential information or images that you are not authorized to share. Stored images use public URLs: anyone who has a URL may access the image until it is deleted. See the Privacy Policy for how images and account data are handled.
Not for use on IDs, passports, bank statements, exam results, payment receipts, tickets, or any forged documents. Violations result in a ban without refund. This restriction applies subject to any rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. We may also restrict access where required by law or to address a security threat.
Each uploaded original and each generated result becomes eligible for deletion 24 hours after that file is created in TextRaze storage. Cleanup runs daily, and eligible files are normally deleted during the next run, so files can remain stored for roughly 24 to 48 hours. Scheduling delays or operational failures can extend this period; unsuccessful deletions are retried. Editing and in-app recovery expire at the 24-hour deadline. Public URLs may continue to work until the file is actually deleted. Please download results promptly. We do not provide an image history or promise recovery after signing in again, switching devices, or deletion.
Before you make a purchase, the price, credit amount, and any billing frequency are displayed at checkout. Stripe processes payment information; TextRaze does not collect full payment-card details. You can buy one-time credit packs without a subscription. Credits from one-time packs and signup gifts do not expire.
Monthly subscriptions are billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are charged once per year and provide 12 monthly credit allocations, rather than the full year's credits at once. Each subscription allocation expires at the end of its own monthly credit period and does not roll over. These periods follow your subscription anniversary rather than the calendar month. Your account shows the applicable credit-expiry dates. When you check your balance or request generation, we reconcile any funded allocation due for your current subscription period before returning the balance or reserving generation credits. Daily maintenance also reconciles due allocations. Accessing your account does not restart a credit period or restore expired monthly allowances.
Subscriptions renew on the schedule agreed at checkout until renewal is canceled. You can manage invoices, payment methods, and cancellation from Billing by choosing Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not itself request a refund. Paid benefits continue through the period already paid for: canceling an annual renewal does not stop the remaining monthly allocations during that paid year. Each allocation still expires at its original monthly deadline. An agreed refund may change remaining benefits as described in our Refund Policy.
TextRaze does not offer self-service subscription upgrades or downgrades. For a plan-change request, contact support@textraze.com. An account with an existing subscription cannot start another overlapping subscription; it can still buy credit packs.
Generation consumes credits when a successful result is made available to you. If generation ultimately fails without a result, no credits are charged. A timed-out request may still finish, so its final outcome determines whether credits are charged. A successful result consumes credits even if you are dissatisfied with its appearance; dissatisfaction does not automatically return credits. For help with a result, email support@textraze.com.
The credit cost is shown before generation. We reserve those credits while your request is being processed, so they are temporarily unavailable for another edit. A confirmed failure releases the original credits; it does not extend expired subscription credits or convert them into permanent credits. Downloading a generated result does not incur another credit charge. Payment confirmation and credit availability are shown in your account; returning from checkout alone is not proof that payment completed.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available, without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss caused by publishing an unchecked AI result or failing to download a temporary file.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any mandatory remedies available in your country. You remain responsible for your own use of uploaded content and generated images.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated through the service or the account contact information where required by law.
